Fatal car accident near Port Aransas

However, first responders were able to extract one person from his truck and helicopter him to a hospital. He survived the accident.

Caller Times reported that the driver of a Chevrolet SUV died at the accident scene. Police think the driver was traveling southbound on 361 and when crossing into the turn lane collided with a northbound Chevrolet truck.
